  I love wincos. We buy food everyday and there's this big security guard that is giving us a hard time she's stolen our cars away and we do not bother anybody . Why is this b**** doing this? I think this is a mamas boy waking up..

  They dont display their methods of payment up front. I went shopping for over an hour and when I went to the checkout, I was informed that they dont accept amex. That's pitiful service.

  Big selection, produce quality is average compared to other markets. Prices are very good. Customer service is not as good as other markets.

  Clean store, great prices! However, our cashier Victor H. gave horrible customer service! I can say this because I'm a cashier myself. The whole time he was turned around talking to another cashier behind him as he slowly scanned, at one point paused at scanning my groceries because he was so engaged in conversation with his coworker about football. When it came time to pay I waited a good minute too long for him to confirm that I was paying with debit because why?? He was too busy turned around talking to his coworker. I had to say "hello?" just to get his attention. I think he needs to be retrained.
