  I love going to subway it's my favorite fast food restaurant but one of the staff member named Emilia has a very unfriendly attitude, she gave me a poor costumers service. me and my hubby was ordering our food and I did notice that they were busy that day but i did got my food of what I wanted but when I told her that "I also need a medium drink" she respond and made an eye contact only to my hubby instead of me or at least make an eye contact to both of us but I felt like I was invisible and she even ask him if he needs anything else or some chips...I let it go but I felt the atmosphere there is a little different so she rang us out and I got my medium soda but as soon as I try to fill up my soda the Coke is empty, so I politely letting her know that the coke is out she ignored me at the first time and I told her again at the second time and she rolled her eyes on me and respond with an attitude way saying "hold on" I felt very annoyed and at the same time I got a bad costumers service for the second time. I never had any bad costumers service at this store but this day this girl has a full of attitude, I don't know what's going on on her, if she feels very stressed out cause they are very busy at that moment she still needs to be friendly and give a good costumers service to the people. Im hoping that the management will see the importance of this message.

  This place has great customer service. The staff is very friendly and they're not cheap with the ingredients. I've been to other Subway's that practically count every leaf of spinach on my sandwich. There's usually a line for lunch or dinner but it moves quickly. But I'd rather frequent a place that has a line than an empty one. It means their food is great. I've also seen the store manager helping out when it gets busy. I hate going to places where the manager just stands there while customers are waiting. This place cares about their customers. Good job!
  By the way, their bread is always fresh. I highly recommend this place.
